* Developing HR (Appraising and managing performance; Human resource development)

* Rewarding HR (Employee motivation; compensation; incentive compensation and benefit)

* Managing HR (managing change and workplace relations; negotiating in the workplace)

* International HRM  and Managing international assignments

* Assessing HRM effectiveness
